The Oracle high speed oven features 3 cooking technologies - microwave, fan-assisted convection and impingement and two separate cooking modes - high speed oven (which uses all 3 technologies) and Combi Wave, where the user can select from microwave, convection or a combination of both, with temperatures from 100°C to 300°
