• Light duty counter topper
• Polished stainless steel, inset with a shallow stainless steel well
• Low transparent screen to keep cold air retained within the well
• Each polar plate is 1/1 Gastronorm size
• Polar plates need to be charged for 12/24 hrs in a deep freeze
• Polar plates will then give a steady flow of cold air for a minumum of 2 hours
• Supplied with:
  - Illuminated gantry with sneeze guard 
  - 2 polar plates or equivalent
• Optional bains marie adaptor
• 2 years parts & labour warranty
