The CP500 SR comes with the new Steam Recovery Unit. This minimises the steam released into the kitchen, eliminating the need for extraction. The captured heat is reused to preheat the incoming water, improving efficiency with every cycle.
Easily configured for straight or corner locations, the CP500SR can be commissioned as a dishwasher or glasswasher on site
