Moffat launches new grab & go multideck merchandiser units
Moffat has launched a range of free-standing grab & go merchandiser units. The units are available as hot and chilled, chilled, hot, and ambient models, offering a complete meal deal solution in a compact footprint.
All the models use Moffat’s innovative Free Flow AirFlow system which maintains pre-heated and pre-chilled food at regulated temperatures without it deteriorating or drying out.
The Free Flow AirFlow system uses an invisible air curtain that flows past the front of the food products to reduce the chance of the cold or warm air escaping and to maximise the efficiency of the unit. Meanwhile, the system circulates the air inside the cabinet to maintain a consistent temperature. Hot products are maintained at 65°C to 75°C when the room temperature is above 16°C, while chilled products are maintained at 2°C to 5°C when the room temperatures is 25°C.
